ICTS Hellas, is the leading security services' provider, operating since 1987 as the ICTS Europe/Sofinord Group subsidiary in Greece providing integrated security solutions in airports, airlines, port facilities and other critical infrastructures.

ICTS Hellas is interested to appoint a Junior Accountant with the ability to support the financial department on various accounting tasks. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Processing the ERP entries (mainly the expenses)

Audits suppliers’ due date payments and reconciliation

Communication with station managers regarding their expenses report

Monitoring the purchasing process

Providing support on various accounting projects

 

 

Skills & Experience:

Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

Ability with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

Great attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP software 

BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field 

A minimum of at least 2 year previous experience on a similar role is required

Knowledge of the EPR "Softone" will be considered as a strong asset
