A well-established company in the fashion/branded clothing industry, is seeking an HR Generalist, responsible for managing all HR operations. In this position, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise to support the organization's success while further developing your HR career. Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this HR Generalist position include:

  • conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • managing the hiring and termination processes
  • staying current with and ensuring compliance with changes in labor legislation
  • providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
  • assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
  • assisting with employee engagement and retention efforts
  • overseeing payroll, benefits, and HR policies
  • managing personnel files
  • collecting and managing payroll-related information and changes

Requirements

To excel in this HR Generalist position, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a business-related field
  • will be considered an asset
  • 2-5 years of previous experience within the HR function
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • proficiency in using ERGANI application
