We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Metallurgy Section team part of our HR Division in our Agios Nikolaos, Delphi-Distomon Offices.  

By joining this role you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing all work related to HR issues with the aim of creating and maintaining an appropriate working environment and ensuring the smooth and lawful operation of HR.

Your role will encompass:

• Monitors and ensures implementation of HR processes, collaborating with People Services & COEs

• Plans and oversees technical training for staff, working closely with SHR BU Partner Metallurgy for policy implementation
• Negotiates with employee unions, resolves labor disputes, and handles ESG issues in Social and Governance areas
• Maintains compliance with labor laws, emphasizing lawful company operation and risk management
• Coordinates building services, ensuring optimal living conditions for employees and maximizing company benefits.
• Cultivates relationships with local stakeholders, manages budgets, and recommends training for the team, evaluating performance

What you bring to the role: 

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience leading to competence or at minimum solid understanding of most functional areas of HR
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social οr STEM sciences or in a relevant field
• MSc in HRM will be considered a asset
• Strong Business Acumen and learning agility
• Excellent relationship building skills. Track record as valued coach and advisor to business
• Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels different and functions
• Familiarity with Labour Law
