We're searching for a standout Senior Talent Development Specialist to join our vibrant People Experience & Development team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in strategically contributing to our organization's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing performance management processes, designing and evaluating leadership development programs, and conducting engaging training sessions on various soft skills.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead the implementation & design, where needed, of the performance management processes
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals, covering various soft skills, interpersonal, management, and leadership topics 
  • Drive talent review processes to identify high-potential individuals and key contributors
  • Lead the development and management of succession plans to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, in alignment with the People Partners team
  • Design and implement individual and group development plans to address skill gaps and enhance capabilities
  • Coach and mentor leaders & top talent to enhance their leadership skills and effectiveness
  • Contribute when needed to employee engagement initiatives and strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR, including Centers of Expertise, HR Operations, and People Partners from across the business

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, Master's degree is a plus
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in talent development, performance management, and leadership development
  • Experience with adult learning in a corporate environment, including program development and facilitation & designing department-specific development programs
  • Strong data analysis skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of talent development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and influencing abilities
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Knowledge of virtual presentation tools and common learning and development-building software

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to people experience or employee engagement initiatives
  • Coaching certification and experience in providing coaching to leaders
