What We Are Looking For:

Persado is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Greece, to find top talent and provide a high-touch, “best in class” candidate and hiring manager experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. 

What You Will Work On:

  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers across EU/UK to understand their hiring objectives and business needs 
  • Attract and source candidates using a variety of approaches 
  • Review resumes, and identify candidates whose skills meet the needs of the role and the hiring team 
  • Thoroughly assess candidate skills and cultural fit 
  • Manage the recruitment process, end-to-end, move candidates through interview stages to offer negotiation 
  • Provide a fast and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer 
  • Support employer branding activities, bringing new ideas and initiatives
  • Develop new and creative techniques for reaching and generating interest among potential candidates
  • Responsible for building relationships with various community resources such as Universities, Non-Profit organizations, etc.
  • Manage special projects/assignments as needed

What You Bring:

  • At least 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field 
  • Additional HR training and/or MSc in HR will be considered a plus 
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Persado 
  • Proven experience in using ATS systems (eg. Workable) 
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt to change 
  • Strong judgment, exceptional work ethic, and emotional intelligence 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships 
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
