JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process for all potential hires, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding for our fast-growing organization.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Planning and coordinating full-cycle recruitment/selection(job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding) in accordance with the brand’s standards.
• Conducting the recruitment processes using different and innovative sourcing channels and methodologies.
• Identifying the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media, etc.) to fit the profile needed.
• Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates for Back Office and new stores.
• Proactively finding ideas and monitoring recruiting trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records for all recruitment activities.
• Foster a positive experience for the candidates throughout the recruitment process, furnishing timely and constructive feedback.
• Uphold LPP's corporate image by taking part in Career Fairs and creating connections with potential applicants.
• Contribute to improving the efficiency of the talent acquisition process by recognizing areas for development, proposing modifications, and staying informed of the newest Talent Acquisition developments.
• Strengthen the Employer Branding and corporate network by engaging with HR professionals and other external resources.
• Provide administrative support in other human resources processes depending on current needs and in accordance with strategic goals.
• Assistance in the Training of store employees according to the standards.

NEEDED AND EXPECTED REQUIREMENTS:

• Has at least three (3) years of experience in a similar position - experience in a retail company will be an asset.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Time Management and Prioritization.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Team Player.
• Can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

• Very good level of computer skills (MS Office).
• Availability for trips when required.
