We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring they are consistent with the company's culture and values
- Manage team member relations and resolve workplace issues in a timely and effective manner
- Support a professional team member journey across all stages (screening, interviews, onboarding etc)
- Design and roll-out management approved training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team
- Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business plan
- Stay updated in regards to relevant regulation as to ensure the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Lead, manage, and grow the HR team to meet departmental goals and objectives
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to HR team members
- Manage the performance of HR team members and provide regular feedback to promote growth and development
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of HR experience with 3+ years in an HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective HR strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
