We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Spanish-Speaking E-Shop Administrator to manage and maintain our online store. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations of the e-commerce platform, provide excellent customer support in Spanish, and optimize product listings to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings (descriptions, images, stock levels)
- Translate and localize product content into Spanish
- Monitor and process online orders, returns, and refunds
- Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone in Spanish
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales
- Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion
- Create, schedule, and send newsletters to Spanish-speaking customers
- Plan and publish social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Customer-service oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce administration
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
