Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all sales activities, including coaching and developing the local sales team
  • Analyze market and competition and report insights to the parent company
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Apply pricing strategies effectively and improve profitability
  • Implement and monitor the overall target-setting process for the sales team
  • Responsible for the turnover and results 

 

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in sales management within an international sales environment, with a customer base of distributors and technical professionals.
  • Business administration knowledge combined with strong technical understanding.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach, with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support and grow customer relationships.
  • Fluency in English
