A dynamic and growing company operating in Greece is seeking an Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of the company’s local activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organization: Sorting and filing documents and records, Presentations.
  • Administrative Liaising: Submitting and processing procedures with public authorities.
  • Financial Tasks: Executing routine payments and basic financial management.
  • Logistics: Coordinating logistics and scheduling appointments.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven multitasking abilities.
  • English Proficiency: Very good level required, Knowledge of Greek is basic requirement.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a must plus.
