A dynamic and growing company operating in Greece is seeking an Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of the company’s local activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organization: Sorting and filing documents and records, Presentations.
- Administrative Liaising: Submitting and processing procedures with public authorities.
- Financial Tasks: Executing routine payments and basic financial management.
- Logistics: Coordinating logistics and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- Proven multitasking abilities.
- English Proficiency: Very good level required, Knowledge of Greek is basic requirement.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a must plus.
