Main Responsibilities:

• Oversees the overall performance and operational excellence of all stores within the assigned area
• Implements the national sales strategy across the area of responsibility, ensuring full alignment with the broader Sales function objectives
• Drives the achievement of sales targets and key commercial KPIs within the assigned area
• Ensures effective management and timely collection of customer receivables, in accordance with the company’s credit policy
• Provides ongoing field coaching and development to Store and Sales Supervisors, closely monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
• Contributes to key people decisions, including hiring, performance management, development, and succession planning, in line with established evaluation processes
• Analyzes business data and generates actionable insights and reports to support decision-making within the area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales supervisory role (e.g. Sales Supervisor).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in store management (e.g. Store Supervisor).
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
