We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will play a key role in shaping TEMAK’s next phase of growth.

Role Summary:

Senior Business Development Manager

 

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, strengthening TEMAK’s already strong commercial presence in Greece, and systematically expanding its international activities.

 

This is a senior, high impact role with direct influence on the company’s commercial direction and future structure.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute TEMAK’s business development strategy in Greece and international markets.
  • Strengthen and expand existing markets rather than starting from scratch.
  • Identify and develop high value business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Build and manage long term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, production, and management teams to align commercial strategy with operational capabilities.
  • Lead negotiations and support complex, high value commercial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and long term market positioning.

 

In a second phase, the role may evolve to include the formation and leadership of a dedicated Business Development team, supported by TEMAK’s investment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive senior level experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or Sales Leadership.
  • Proven track record in developing established markets and generating sustainable revenue growth.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • Good knowledge of French will be considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, commercial, and executive teams.
