Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head of Operations in overseeing day-to-day hotel performance across cities (Athens, Brussels, Milan, Paris, Porto).
• Coordinating with all hotel managers to ensure alignment on standards, procedures, and brand expectations.
• Coordinating with the company’s headquarters teams in development, finance, and acquisitions. Monitoring operational KPIs, service quality, and guest experience across the portfolio.
• Assisting with new hotel openings, including pre-opening planning, recruitment coordination, supplier onboarding, SOP implementation, and on-site support.
• Ensuring the company’s operational standards are consistently applied across all destinations.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the continuous development of operational excellence.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of Hospitality experience ideally in Boutique Hotels.
• Experience in the management of multidisciplinary teams, including housekeeping, receptionists, supervisors, managers, etc.
• University degree.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, other languages will be beneficial.
• This is a hands-on, multi-property role with regular interaction with local teams and travel within EU so availability and willingness to travel is required.
• Experience in pre-opening of hotels or multi-site operations is a strong advantage and will be considered a significant asset for this position.
