HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Role Purpose

The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end operational performance of the company, including retail stores, warehouse operations, and online fulfillment. This role ensures seamless daily operations, process compliance, staff coordination, and operational excellence across all channels.

The position requires a hands‑on, high‑energy leader with strong retail and warehouse experience, capable of managing complexity, people, and fast‑paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all operational activities across retail stores, warehouse, and online operations.
• Ensure full understanding and execution of company systems, tools, and operational procedures.
• Manage store operations including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Supervise warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, replenishment, and distribution.
• Ensure smooth store replenishment and inter‑store supply coordination.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to efficiency and service levels.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Oversee merchandising execution and store setup standards.
• Ensure online order fulfillment is fully aligned with warehouse and retail operations.
• Act as the operational link between management strategy and daily execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (TEI / AEI) – field of study flexible.
• Strong experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or logistics.
• Previous role as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager, or Warehouse Manager.
• Experience in online retail environments and omnichannel operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• High‑energy personality with decisive and proactive management style.
