Cyprus, specialising in high-quality certified second-hand vehicles. 

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operational rollout, 

drive commercial performance, and build a high-performing sales organisation.

The Role
• Lead the launch and operational management of multiple automotive showrooms.
• Develop sales strategy, pricing, margin optimisation, and customer experience
standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage strong sales and operations teams.
• Manage and optimize stock turnover and vehicle appraisal processes.
• Manage P&L performance and site-level financial controls.

• Manage and Deploy Strategic E-commerce growth.

 

About You
• Possible experience in automotive retail or dealership management.
• Strong commercial leadership and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to scale operations and teams across multiple sites.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational capabilities

• Technology and E-Commerce Competency

• Fluent in Greek & English.
