Position Brief:

The position reports to the Chief Operations Officer. Key activities and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily activities and optimizing working schedules on a per-project basis, with continuous monitoring of effectiveness.
  • Initiating and overseeing actions to guarantee the provision of consistently high-quality CRM services to our valued clients.
  • Building robust relationships across all levels of the organization and externally to mobilize resources effectively and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Driving growth and achieving sales targets by leveraging CQS's unique value propositions.

 

The Candidate:

  • A University Degree in Business Administration, with a postgraduate degree highly preferred.
  • A proven business development and management track record within the Call Center industry, including at least 5 years of significant staff management experience.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills to articulate vision and foster collaboration.
  • A solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.
  • Ability to anticipate future business trends, technology developments, and market expectations, translating them into new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
