We are looking for a dynamic Executive Manager who will take full ownership of our operations and drive us to the next level.

Your Mission:
🚀 Lead and coordinate all company projects (real estate, investments, Golden Visa, and more)
🚀 Manage daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
🚀 Build and manage teams and partnerships
🚀 Engage with local and international clients and investors
🚀 Make decisions, solve problems, and drive results
🚀 Work closely with the Management but with autonomy and trust

What You Bring:
✅ 3-5+ years of experience in Operations, Executive, or General Management
✅ Outstanding leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative
✅ Fluency in English (spoken and written)
✅ Strong digital skills (Office suite, CRM platforms)
✅ Background in Real Estate or Investment sectors (a strong advantage)
