Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting and support services to new and existing clients.

• Present, analyze and explain the whole range of MyData applications.

• Collect and analyze all customer needs and communicate with the R&D department to develop customized tools when needed.

• User training and support.

• Analyzing and understanding E-books reporting requirements through MyData platform.

Requirements:

• BSc in Accounting/Finance or/and Computer Science.

• Up to 3 years experience as an Assistant Accountant or as a Technical Support Consultant.

• Great knowledge of Greek taxation and accounting.

• Proven working experience with technologies for software application support.

• Nice to have a good understanding of files such as XML, JSON, CSV, etc.

• Self-direction, attention to detail & great customer focus.

• Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
