In Evergrow SA, we are seeking a Project Manager, on behalf of our client, a prestigious company, playing an important role in the hospitality industry, providing high quality equipment and services in the foodservice and laundry sectors. The company is distinguished for the world class level products and the high level of the services offered. The customer's portfolio includes hotels, restaurants, catering companies, healthcare sector, casinos, luxury residences & yachts, and more.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the company. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, contracts, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate and communicate with team members, and external partners to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement appropriate contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
• Manage the relationship with the client and top management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager for at least 2 years, in an industrial environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
