ROLE DESCRIPTION

•Executes orders for food items with the highest standards, as designated by the head chef. •Works flexible shifts. •Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of food products and menus. •Has an excellent knowledge of food safety procedures. •Works under pressure •Always maintain the service area/tables and work area neat and clean. •Implements and follows company procedures, hygiene, and safety standards. |
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1 year in a similar position ideally within a hotel environment or luxury restaurant.
Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume, and high-pressure service. Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exception standards. Genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare. Capacity to work with a sense of urgency. Contribute to the growth and success of the team. |
