SUSHI COOK 

The Sushi Cooks will be working closely with the Head Sushi Chef and should bring with them a wealth of creative knowledge, an eye for detailed knife work and excellent sushi platter presentation skills.

Position requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent teamworking skills
• Excellent knife-working skills as regards preparing nigiri, sashimi and rolls of the highest quality
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent command of English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
