Ένα premium εστιατόριο στην Κύπρο αναζητά επαγγελματίες και δυναμικούς Service Staff για να ενταχθούν στην ομάδα μας. Υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες θέσεις για σερβιτόρους, σερβιτόρες, runners, hosts/hostesses και άτομα με πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση και τη φιλοξενία.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Υποδοχή πελατών με επαγγελματισμό και θετική ενέργεια

• Λήψη παραγγελιών με ακρίβεια και σωστή επικοινωνία με κουζίνα και bar

• Σερβίρισμα φαγητών και ποτών με υψηλά standards εξυπηρέτησης

• Προετοιμασία και σωστή παρουσίαση τραπεζιών πριν και κατά τη διάρκεια του service

• Άριστη γνώση μενού, πιάτων και ποτών ώστε να δίνονται σωστές προτάσεις στους πελάτες

• Άμεση και ευγενική διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών

• Συνεργασία με όλες τις ομάδες για ομαλή και γρήγορη λειτουργία

• Έκδοση λογαριασμών και διαχείριση πληρωμών όπου απαιτείται

• Διατήρηση καθαριότητας και οργάνωσης στους χώρους service

• Δημιουργία premium εμπειρίας φιλοξενίας για κάθε πελάτη

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Προϋπηρεσία σε εστιατόριο, ξενοδοχείο ή χώρο εστίασης θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν

• Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ευγένεια

• Θετική προσωπικότητα, συνέπεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα

• Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση σε γρήγορο περιβάλλον

• Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και σωστή συμπεριφορά

• Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών απαραίτητη, Ελληνικά επιθυμητά

• Ευρωπαϊκό διαβατήριο / δικαίωμα εργασίας επιθυμητό

A premium restaurant in Cyprus is seeking enthusiastic and professional Service Staff to join our team. We are hiring waiters, waitresses, runners and hosts who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks to high service standards

• Ensure tables are prepared, clean and well-presented

• Maintain strong menu knowledge and confidently explain dishes and drinks

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally

• Work closely with kitchen, bar and management teams for smooth service

• Process bills and payments accurately when required

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout service areas

• Create a positive, premium and memorable guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant, hotel or hospitality service preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude, reliability and team spirit
