Full Job Description – Bartender / Mixologist | Premium Restaurant | Cyprus

A premium restaurant in Cyprus is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong cocktail knowledge, excellent guest interaction skills, and the ability to create memorable beverage experiences in a high-end dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers and premium spirits

• Maintain exceptional presentation and consistency in all beverages

• Engage with guests in a professional, friendly and confident manner

• Assist in developing seasonal cocktail menus and signature drinks

• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised and service-ready at all times

• Monitor stock levels, wastage and ordering needs

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards behind the bar

• Handle payments and bar transactions accurately if required

• Work closely with floor staff and management to deliver smooth service

• Create a vibrant, premium and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender / Mixologist in restaurant, bar, hotel or lounge environment

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage trends

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure

• Passion for hospitality and attention to detail

• English required, Greek highly desirable

• EU passport / right to work preferred
