General Manager – Premium Restaurant | Cyprus

A premium high-end restaurant in Cyprus is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and profitable performance

• Lead, train, motivate and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams

• Deliver outstanding customer service standards and guest satisfaction

• Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment and performance reviews

• Control budgets, labour costs, stock levels and operating expenses

• Monitor revenue performance and drive sales growth initiatives

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety and legal compliance

• Work closely with chefs, suppliers and ownership on menu launches, promotions and events

• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

• Ensure the restaurant brand image, standards and atmosphere are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager

• Strong background in premium dining, luxury hospitality or busy high-volume venues

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Strong financial understanding (P&L, budgeting, stock control, labour cost management)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Fluent English required, Greek highly desirable

• EU passport / right to work preferred
