This new destination merges a historic ambiance with modern flair, reminiscent of the original Milanese Cova café from 1817. Indulge in an array of fresh pastries, croissants, Italian espresso, and aperitivo, all showcased in an aristocratic “window comptoir” at the entrance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the menu
• Support Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation

Requirements:

• Basic culinary training or relevant experience preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
