The main purpose of this role is to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages,  while maximizing guest satisfaction, by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting and serving customers 
  • Preparing customers’ orders timely, and accurately
  • Knowledge of menu and providing detailed information
  • Knowledge of methods of coffee preparation  
  • Maintaining stock levels and supplies
  • Maintaining safe, clean and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
  • Ensure HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented.
  • Attend job specific trainings
  • Attend team communication meetings

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent Customer Skills
  • Excellent knowledge for English. Greek language or any other language is considered as an advantage
  • Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent Knowledge for Coffee Standards
  • Excellent knowledge of hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations

Level of Experience

  • Proven working experience as a barista, bartender or similar position

The Kyklaminon functions seven days a week, until last customer leave. All employees must realize the fact and be aware that at times it may be necessary to move an employee from their normal duty hours as business demand. He/she should understand as well that business determines the amount of working hours. It might be that he/she has to work less hours or the opposite can occur.
