Chef de Partie, Hot Kitchen - InterContinental Athens

We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the menu and under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency before service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
  • Contribute to menu development and kitchen process improvements.
  • Perform other related duties, as required by the Kitchen Department.

Requirements:

  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role
  • Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong team spirit and leadership skills.
  • Good command of both Greek and English.
  • Flexible schedule and adaptability.
