Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to à la carte menu specifications and hotel standards.
  • Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously.
  • Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.
  • Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver timely and high-quality dishes.
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.

We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an à la carte or similar kitchen environment preferred.
  • Graduate of a Culinary School.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
