Looking for a Greece-based Chef Advisor (Project / Side Gig)

Hi all — We are looking for a chef / menu consultant based in Greece to support an overseas food project in the Far East.

This is not a full-time job. It’s a project-based collaboration (side-project friendly), mostly remote.

What you’ll help with:

• Build a complete menu (souvlaki street-food style) and make it operational
• Write detailed recipes (grams, yields, prep steps, assembly)
• Create a clear equipment list + kitchen workflow/station setup
• Make an ingredient/sourcing plan for an overseas market (what to export vs substitute)
• Outline BOH staffing needs + basic training/SOP pack

Ideal if you have experience or connection/understanding of Far East cooking and fast-casual / high-volume kitchens and you’re good at planning and documentation (not just cooking).

📍 Must be in Greece
⏱ Flexible hours – Project length estimated to take 4 weeks
