About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Barman to lead our bar operation year-round. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional beverage service, manage the bar team, and maintain high standards in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure top-quality service.
• Prepare and present premium cocktails and beverages.
• Lead, train, and motivate bar staff.
• Manage stock, ordering, and cost control.
• Develop and update cocktail menus.

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years’ experience as Head Barman or Senior Bartender in a 4–5 star environment.
• Strong mixology and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Professional, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
