The Role
As a Bar Back at Casa Mersedes, you will be part of a highly professional bar team responsible for supporting a seamless all-day beverage operation across beach and restaurant areas. Your role ensures that the bar is always prepared, clean, and fully stocked, enabling Bartenders to focus on guest interaction and drink execution.

- Interest in hospitality and bar operations
• Previous experience as a Bar Back or in a similar support role is an advantage
• Strong sense of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and stay focused under pressure

• Physical stamina and ability to manage operational tasks throughout the day
• Professional appearance and respectful communication
• Basic command of English (additional languages are a plus)
