The Role
As a Bartender at Casa Mersedes, you will be part of a highly professional bar team responsible for delivering a seamless all-day beverage experience across beach and restaurant areas. You will combine technical skill with presence, consistency, and guest awareness, ensuring every drink reflects the philosophy and standards of Casa Mersedes.
Skills & Mindset We Value
- Passion for hospitality, beverages, and bar culture
• Previous experience as a Bartender in beach clubs, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end bars
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service standards
• Ability to communicate confidently and naturally with guests
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency
• Calm, focused, and professional performance under pressure
• Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative spirit
• Very good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Interest in learning, product knowledge, and continuous development
