We are looking for new team members for the position of Assistant Waiter to 
join our sophisticated fine-dining restaurant & bar, a project built on 
hospitality, gastronomy, and genuine human connection.

Skills & Knowledge We Value:

• Passion for hospitality and gastronomy 
• Strong team spirit and willingness to support colleagues 
• Previous experience in hospitality or interest in fine-dining 
environments (experience is an advantage, not a requirement) 
• Basic knowledge of service procedures and willingness to learn fine
dining standards 
• Good command of English, for communication with international guests 
• Professional attitude, positive energy, and attention to detail 
• Strong mindset for learning, development, and growth 
• Ability to work calmly and consistently in a structured service 
environment.
