Skills & Knowledge We Value:

• Previous experience in fine-dining or high-end restaurant

• Knowledge of wines (basic to advanced level, with willingness to develop 
further) 
• Very good command of English, for confident communication with

• Ability to perform with consistency, calmness, and attention to detail in a 
demanding service environment.
