Depending on your experience, you will join one of our four kitchens, each with its own identity and menu style. Chefs rotate occasionally to support events, pop-ups and high-volume services, creating a collaborative and dynamic working environment.
We’re looking for chefs who are passionate about seasonal Mediterranean flavours, thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a lively, guest-focused setting.
We are hiring for:
Head Chefs: Lead the kitchen of one of our four restaurants, drive menu development, guide the team and deliver exceptional dishes throughout the season.
Sous Chefs: Support the Head Chef in daily operations, lead by example during service, help develop junior chefs and maintain consistency and high standards.
Chef de Parties: Run your own section with confidence, prepare and cook dishes to spec, support menu prep and contribute to smooth, efficient kitchen service.
Essential Requirements

Professional kitchen experience

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene

Experience in high-quality, fast-paced restaurants

Positive, hardworking attitude

Available for the full season (May - October)

EU passport holder
What You’ll Do:
Your responsibilities will vary depending on the role, but may include:
All Chefs

Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard

Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness

Support menu development and daily specials

Manage stock, prep and mise en place

Work collaboratively across all four kitchens and club events

Assist with pop-ups, feasts, Guest Chef evenings and weddings
-
Create a positive, supportive team culture
Head & Sous Chefs (additional responsibilities)

Lead the team through busy services

Train, mentor and develop junior chefs
-
Contribute to rota planning and cost control

Liaise closely with FOH to ensure smooth service

Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes

Support the evolution of The Deli Kitchen concept (as relevant)
