Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Food & Beverage departments including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations.
- Supervise, lead, and develop F&B team members, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Foster a motivating, teamwork-driven, and service-focused work environment.
- Deliver and maintain excellent customer service; proactively handle guest and employee concerns.
- Take ownership of guest complaints and ensure resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Oversee quality and presentation standards for all food and beverage services.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
- Develop and implement goals and plans to achieve departmental priorities efficiently.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of Food & Beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and accounting standards.
- Drive clear communication through team meetings and reporting.
- Attend management meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury 5-star hotel/resort environment and at least 5 years of F&B/Culinary experience overall.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language is advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must.
- Experience in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.
