Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks to ensure food and service standards are always met
- Address customer feedback and handle requests or queries with professionalism and speed
- Manage recruitment, monitor labour costs, and ensure budgets are met efficiently
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant environment
- Conduct daily briefings, motivate the team, and support their growth through training and development
- Control costs, create staff schedules, and implement sales promotions to boost performance and revenue
