We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Assistant Hotel Manager to join the leadership team of our 5-star luxury resort. This role supports the day-to-day operations, ensures smooth coordination between departments, and helps maintain the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

⭐ Main Responsibilities

• Support the Hotel Manager with daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).
• Perform Duty Manager shifts and handle operational issues professionally.
• Oversee scheduling, quality checks, and inventory control.
• Lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver 5-star service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns effectively.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, and compliance with hotel policies and health & safety regulations.

⭐ Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry (4 or 5-star preferred).
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
