Commis Chef
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs.
Station Support: Keep your assigned station clean, organized, and stocked during service.
Learning: Follow recipes and instructions accurately, developing skills and techniques as directed.
Teamwork: Work closely with chefs de partie and other kitchen employees to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Some experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to hygiene and safe working practices.
