Key Responsibilities
Guest Greeting: Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure they feel comfortable.
Reservations: Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations to optimize seating and flow.
Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, or complaints politely and professionally.
Communication: Coordinate with service employees and managers to ensure smooth service and timely seating.
Presentation: Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and entrance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role, ideally in a restaurant or hotel.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
