Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and assist them with sunbeds, towels, umbrellas, and any special requests.
Setup & Cleanliness: Set up and maintain the beach or pool area, ensuring cleanliness and tidy presentation.
Safety Monitoring: Observe guest activities to ensure safety rules are followed; report any hazards or incidents promptly.
Towels & Supplies: Manage towel distribution and stock of amenities, ensuring guests have everything they need.
Teamwork: Coordinate with lifeguards and F&B employees to provide seamless service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a beach, pool, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Good command of English (verbal).
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Basic understanding of pool or beach safety rules.
- Valid European driving license would be a plus.
