Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Ensure guests receive excellent service and handle any complaints or special requests professionally.
Team Supervision: Oversee, support, and motivate service employees and bartenders during service.
Operations: Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, table allocations, and smooth floor operations.
Training: Help train new team members and ensure service standards are followed.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards throughout the restaurant.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior employee, ideally within luxury hotel or resort environments.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service; basic wine knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality would be a plus.
