Your main purpose
Daily Operations: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of assigned bars to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Team Supervision: Lead, support, and motivate bartenders and bar backs to maintain high performance.
Service Standards: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality drinks and service in line with brand and guest expectations.
Stock & Inventory: Monitor bar stock levels, assist with orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation of beverages.
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant and F&B teams to support overall service flow.
Compliance: Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards behind the bar.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role.
Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, guest-focused attitude with attention to detail.
