We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team at Interni Restaurant, coverning the morning shift for immediate start. 

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Support the head pizzaiolo in pizza preparation and baking

• Assist in dough stretching, topping, and oven operation

• Maintain hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness

• Ensure ingredients are prepped and stocked

• Follow kitchen safety guidelines and procedures

🔹 Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in a pizzeria is preferred

• Passion for Italian cuisine and teamwork

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen

• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen protocols

• Availability to work mornings and weekends
