We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stockkeeper / Warehouse Manager to join our team at a luxury restaurant located on the stunning Athenian Riviera.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store all deliveries according to company standards

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability without overstocking

Track and report stock movements and variances

Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of all storerooms

Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and purchasing teams for daily needs

Conduct regular stock counts and prepare accurate reports

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:

Proven experience as a stockkeeper or warehouse manager, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling

Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Excel

Ability to lift and move stock as needed
