We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stockkeeper / Warehouse Manager to join our team at a luxury restaurant located on the stunning Athenian Riviera.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store all deliveries according to company standards

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability without overstocking

• Track and report stock movements and variances

• Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of all storerooms

• Coordinate with the kitchen, service, and purchasing teams for daily needs

• Conduct regular stock counts and prepare accurate reports

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a stockkeeper or warehouse manager, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling

• Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to lift and move stock as needed

• Team player with strong communication skills
