Cook A'

Prepare and execute dishes within your section with consistency and quality

Oversee the prep team and ensure kitchen hygiene standards

Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on new dishes and improvements
Cook B'

Assist the Chef de Partie in all prep and cooking tasks

Ensure readiness and cleanliness of your section

Follow recipes and kitchen procedures precisely
🔹 Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role in upscale restaurants or hotels

Solid knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Team player with a passion for food and creativity

English language skills are a plus

EU work permit is required
