Responsibilities:

• Support the bartenders by ensuring bars are fully stocked with beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas at all times

• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries

• Handle setup and breakdown of bar stations during service

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role in upscale restaurants, bars, or hotels is preferred

• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverages is a plus

• Good communication skills in Greek and/or English
