Qualifications:

• Proven experience in similar position, of at least 3-4 years in luxury hotels or restaurants in Greece or abroad.
• Good command of both English and Greek language is essential.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensures a welcome and a quality service to customers.
• Assists guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Receives orders and serves guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail.
• Prepares tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
• Communicates order details to the Kitchen Staff.
• Manages the payment process for customers e.g. (process cash or card payments ,collect the bill payment).
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
