The SandBlu Luxury Resort is hiring Waiters/Waitresses
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from guests in a professional and attentive manner.
- Serve guests according to brand standards, ensuring a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Previous experience working in a 4-5-star property or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
