Responsibilities: As the Bar Manager at Tuya Mykonos, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Monitoring inventory, controlling costs, and performance.
• Selecting and purchasing supplies
• Participating in the creation of cocktail menus

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end dining establishment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and customer service.
• Passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• English knowledge is mandatory and other European languages are a plus.
